I don't understand, what is so special about this gamertag? There are 200+ billion possible 8 letter gamertags. You really should include some sort of info about it.

Yeah but you have absolutely zero information about the tag other than it's 8 characters, why would anyone be interested enough to PM you if you don't even give a hint as to what it could be?
