I don't have them but i'm impressed with the first one.
12599 sales x 75$ (Some higher with the 12 month support)
That's almost 1 million in sales

Hello OP, You can only get the nulled verson outside themeforest

Why not just buy it from themeforest? People can just sell you a nulled one and you won't even tell.

The ad agency I worked at bought the first one, I can look around for the files if you still need them. Although I do not like that theme at all, its poorly made and you run into a lot of problems. One directory theme I am really thinking about purchasing is Javo Spot (it was one of the top 10 wordpress themes of 2016). I have also posted another link from the same creators which is called Javo Directory, you will just have to look into what you actually need etc. If you need help or still looking for the first theme feel free to PM me.
Javo Spot ($59) - https://themeforest.net/item/javo-spot-multi-purpose-directory-wordpress-theme/13198068
Javo Directory ($39) - https://themeforest.net/item/javo-directory-wordpress-theme/8390513?s_rank=3
