Just try to advertise it a ton on forums like this, or just advertise it on other channels, (might not be the best way, but you'll get views if the video is interesting). Or you could bot it, or buy views.

I'm not going to link you to any sites, but you should do research and find them. I've tried view bots before, and they work but they are pretty slow imo. But just try doing some research about youtube bots, and see what comes up, but make sure you don't run into any complications :)

Figure out your niche and where your viewers live and breathe on the internet. Then try multiple methods of advertising your channel there. I have managed several large scale youtube channels before. Not everyone has what it takes but you can still follow a basic guideline/template for a year and see how it goes

Well if you make enough videos, and you have good tags it should get views but depends on video title, what the video is about.
