Everything after this is just us talking shit to each other about how apparently you asked me to copy the layout of the website you specifically told me to copy the layout So, I mocked the layout using my base theme from # (which according too Mr Robot the internet detective is also ripped. My base theme is used for all my designs, as it features multiple features I personally like to give my customers. Here is what I created, it isn't finished whatsoever it was a concept, but it would take a few hours to complete from this stage;

Quick note; the user place at the top of the board he specifically asked for (check PM logs) But it was still not ripped, it was coded by me, ask any designer how hard it is to make a bar and a circle. Thought I'd add that seen as I know some of you kids will be like omg rip!

Okay now let's discuss what was asked of me. He specifically linked this forum in his thread, when I asked in PM he said he wanted it the same. So I took the layout I created the same style from my base theme and I showed him the example and he liked it, but then he came up with this bullshit about how he was in an earthquake, couldn't afford to pay and didn't expect me to finish it so fast, yet now all of a sudden, he was never going to pay me as I "ripped" the theme. Any designer will tell you that I did not "rip" this theme, and I'll be releasing this theme to prove that once it's finished so this scumbag get's all the attention he deserves.
TL;DR
I don't expect you too pay me, you're a scammer, you just abuse your status on the website to gain peoples support.
I'd like to say quickly again. Every line in this theme is my own, every class is my own, and any images used are from Transparenttextures.

You haven't given me any files, you have the $30 I gave you. I said my budget was $80 but I wasn't wanting to spend that much on this.

I had a budget of $80 or just over depending on the work done. Up until I saw the work you had done and the exact same work someone else messaged me with that was just ripping the theme, I saw what you did.
I have no issue with paying maybe $50 if you can provide 100% proof that it is not ripped, based on the image you first provided me with, it looks completely ripped. I don't feel like your work is worth the money but there is no way in hell I am paying you $80 for that shit show of a job you did.
Already paid you $30, keep that in mind. So don't go around calling me the scammer. I have received 0 files from you and you have the money.

You paid 30$ upfront so that I could spend the time creating the base design of the theme, once completed the final amount is paid and then I'm send you all of the files to the theme, this is the exact reason I do not send the files before, payment. You have scammed me for hours of my time, and yes in the real world this is a thing, but it is something a lot of people undervalue. You asked me to do a job and I did it and I was not paid. $30 is fuck all, 50$ is fuck all, but I need the money and you have scammed me for no reason. Once the final payment is sent I send the files and I setup everything for you, it's simple, sorry if I'm repeating myself I'm just trying to get it into your head.
