Ticked at Bitcoin - Omniscient - Nov 24, 2016 Anyone else irate over the unconfirmed transactions with Bitcoin? I have a 48 hour old transaction that's $1100. A lot of my other transactions are also having huge delays and problems. Members paying for stickies and upgrades are timing out at Coinpayments repeatedly and even worse they are experiencing issues getting a refund because their payments aren't confirmed yet. This is just very disruptive to anyone who uses Bitcoin frequently. Any business right now running off BTC is dealing with a disaster and even worse is that Black Friday is tomorrow. This is ruining my Thanksgiving mood too. Anyone else ticked off? * - Prophett - Nov 24, 2016 I haven't personally encountered any issues. I'm buying from coin base just fine and even sending to other addresses without disruption. Hopefully it gets resolved soon, especially if you plan on participating in the BF deals. * - F-18 - Nov 24, 2016 Of course. This is like freezing the U.S. dollar on Wall Street. Can't get anything done let alone make money or spend it. Very frustrating * - PTSD - Nov 24, 2016 I'm pretty ticked off at this, too. I finally got the money to get L33T from someone and it's been over 9 hours and I still don't have it. * - Mαxim - Nov 24, 2016 Could not agree more. It has a bad timing, that's fucking sure. * - Omniscient - Nov 24, 2016 Oh sweet Jesus! The $1100 just went through. Oh thank goodness. Just in time! Odd how it's 48 hours and within 5 minutes of making this thread it goes through. Whew. Now I can focus on my turkey. But still a problem with member payments taking forever. Something has to be done. * - reBELLYus - Nov 24, 2016 I am also ticked off. About $4000 has been stuck at LBC for going on 73 hours now. Support has told me to "wait it out." What gives? Maybe inform people when paying for stickies and so forth to increase the fee that they are paying. I did that when buying a two week sticky from you yesterday and the transaction was confirmed in under 30 seconds. That will solve the issue for now. * - Undefined - Nov 24, 2016 Extremely frustrating. It's even been rising since the last time I checked; ![]() Do you guys think this could affect the price even more? * - XMR - Nov 24, 2016 Don't get mad at the coin, get mad at the people overloading its network. This is why we need bigger blocks. If it's urgent, you could just increase fees. * - .trippy - Nov 24, 2016 I've been using bitcoin with standard fees and getting on every confirmation? I sold most my BTC as I feel that - if not already, it will have a big impact on the value of BTC. * - SIM-403479 - Nov 24, 2016 It is very annoying. They confirm within the hour if you include a higher transaction fee. * - Fortunate - Nov 24, 2016 (Nov 24, 2016 01:05 PM)Omniscient Wrote: Oh sweet Jesus! The $1100 just went through. Just got my $20 for the emerald award confirmed too in 10 minutes. My $200 transaction took 9 hours to get 1 confirmation yesterday. * - Juicy - Nov 24, 2016 I'm also mad, I've tried twice today to buy a sales tag for my thread and both times it timed out. * - Shoe - Nov 24, 2016 Yep, I've been trying to pay for a VPN for a while and the payment timed out on the VPN's side. Obviously not their fault, but the fact that I have $45 floating around which may not be seen nor heard from for a while is irritating. Oh well, I'm occupying myself with Netflix and the F5 button is getting a few minutes break. * - SIM-297877 - Nov 24, 2016 People are using .30+ for the fee and getting confirmations in about 10 minutes. |
