Uphold.com | Coinbase and PayPal Mashup? - Gluteus Maximus - Nov 26, 2016
They were previously known ad Bitreserve (https://techcrunch.com/2015/10/14/rebranding-as-uphold-bitreserve-says-goodbye-to-bitcoin/)
I just came across this site today and went ahead and signed up there. Did not really try any of their services yet.
They seemed to be actually pretty great until I came across some reviews on reddit.
