GIFs over a regular image in photoshop? - CULTSWEGMAFIA - Nov 29, 2016
How do i do this? I've looked everywhere online and cannot find an answer.
Another question:
Does anyone have a snow gif that i could use? The ones i'm finding online aren't good for what I want to use them for. (I've seen falling snow gifs on christmas avatars around here and would like to make one for myself.)

If that's what you want, you have many videos and tutorials on how to do it. If you want to retain gif characteristics I guess you'll need to animate stuff again.
