With this exploit that works with java and any android device, will automatically download and execute when visiting said DNS that is setup with the vuln.

OpenJDK on Nougat, as far as I know there has been nothing spotted in the wild and the roll out target platform after launch in August after being built up since 2015 makes this is a very valuable exploit. None of the big name brokers can quote a price, so they don't have it.
If you can explain the exploit sell it to the top brokers. If any one had so far it would have been published. If it is real post a PoC showing it in action.

Agree with you , just wondering cause Nougat was rolled out in the month of October and is the latest version of android till date.So is it possible to exploit it 😧
