Hello i need urgent help please. I want to order pc parts (a pc without monitor) in germany and my friend there will get the parts and fly to Albania. My question is if he puts them in his suitcases will he pay a fee for flying them to Albania. Like do you have to pay for taking technologies things with u? Of is it not a problem.
Please help me out this is urgent

Air freight wouldn't be the right solution for something like this :-)
Edit/ Never mind, misread topic.
I'm not sure if you're allowed to bring electronic components from a computer with you in your suitcase.

If he brings new parts in packaging they could be considered for sale and they may make him pay some sort of import/export fee or something. (if i remember correctly)
I recommend he unpacks everything from the original boxes and just brings the parts. If they ask what they are for at the airport, he can then easily say for personal use.

So if they are unboxed no issues with occur?
