Hacking Instagram, Twitter or Facebook - SteeZZy - Nov 30, 2016
Hello all, I just want to point out that I decently understand the basics on hacking and such, however I'm not too sure what seems to be the easiest way to get into Instagram, Twitter or FB accounts other than directly ratting the individual.
If someone could possibly link me to a tutorial / thread, or simply tell me the easiest way to go about this, that would be greatly appreciated. I have tried searching however I couldn't seem to find what I'm looking for.

Cracking/Bruteforcing is another way to go. It's best when you're trying to crack a whole bunch of accounts, could be a bit harder when trying to target a specific account in mind. It can still be done, just will be harder. You can find some good tutorials in the search function, you can also find some top notch programs in the marketplace.

Thank you for your reply brother, how exactly would it be harder? If you know the username but not the password how would you go about it in a "cracking / bruteforcing" program? Would you just leave as normal and let it run a lot longer to find the password? Also, these "lists", I don't quite understand them. What happens if the persons password is not a word in the list? etc etc. If that doesn't make sense, apologies 🤨

It's hard to explain but I'll try my best. When targeting a specific account, it is most likely that they are going to have a bit more complex password. Thus, making it harder to try and crack. As for how you would do this is, you can get a long list of accounts (can be obtained from other users around HF, they may charge). Then you will proceed to find a huge password list, try to find one that's HQ (Once again, can be obtained from other users around HF). Then the program will proceed to use the lists given to attempt to crack the password of the accounts in the lists.
Edit: If their password is not in the list, then you cannot crack into their account with the password list you have.

Whats a good example of a method to infect someone with a rat/logger? Something that even a smart user would fall for.
I don't understand how cracking/bruteforce would work on Facebook. My concept of that is to try thousands of passwords a minute using a nice graphics card for power. I always assumed though that this was not possible since FB surely has a limited number of attempts before lock out.

I know every forum has this rule. I don't understand why that is though? Every other kind of attack is the same degree of nefarious action that someone could carry out. Why is phishing so special?
