Are blackhat ebooks allowed ? - Simba- - Dec 2, 2016
Rules of ebook bazar :
1. No begging for review or vouch copies.
2. No ebooks containing phishing tutorials, credit card fraud, paypal fraud, identity theft or copyrighted material.
3. We forbid the sale of any MLM, HYIP or pyramid scheme type ebooks.
4. If you post/bump/delete it's an automatic Rep Kill and week ban.
mine involves some frauds but nothing linked to phishing, credit cards, paypal, identity theft or copyrighted material.
in my mind RAT'ing people and owning botnets are fraudulent activities too and they are allowed here arent they ?
there is nothing about it here : https://hackforums.net/misc.php?action=help&hid=21

Financial Fraud
We take this very seriously. We do not allow posts in relation to these subjects. Selling information of any sort that has been stolen, in any way, is against the rules. Any information posted that's designed to commit financial fraud may result in the immediate closing of your account.

If you read the rules for "disallowed blackhat activity" you have to stay in those lines even if it's not particularly mentioned in the ebooks sub thread.
