I cannot access my EUFI settings, not sure what is going on. I need to get to my BIOS Settings an i am not sure how, willing to help in return if you can help me.
I am trying to fix my hotkeys for runescape so i do not have to press the FN key everytime to press a hotkey

if Toshiba, download TOSHIBA FN UTILITY. If Sony, download SONY FN UTILITY... Etc...
