Deal was my $38 BTC for his PP (20%). I went first because he had no open scam reports at the time we made a deal and he seemed really legit.
As I can see from other threads, this guy is on exit scamming spree.

Same here. I've talked to him a bit and he didn't seem like the kind of guy that would do it. His skype was on mobile for a few days before/during all of this. I know he's in college, maybe finals are bogging him down or something?
All of these are legit, he just didn't seem like that kinda guy that would do it though.
