Currency Exchange Policy - Omniscient - Dec 11, 2016
From now on all CE exchanges including gift cards must be in the CE forum which is now moved to a subforum of the Premium Sellers Section and it does require Ub3r to create a thread.
Help Docs and section rules are all updated.
Violate the policy and you will get warned or banned.

Thanks.I actually agree even though i had a thread in trader topics where i was selling BTC i think this will really help with the scammers. There were a lot of sketchy L33ts that were scamming new users there who didnt know any better.
