Does reading about suicide get to anybody else? - BRΞNDΞN - Dec 11, 2016

After reading about Tate, it just got me really depressed man. I didn't even know the guy but I feel some weird connection to him by reading about that. He was just some average kid. 17 man. That's my age. I'm 17.

A few years ago I was having suicidal thoughts. I'd be lying if I said I don't still have them. A few HF members know. However when I read shit like that, it's the reason I push those thoughts away and disregard them as edgy bullshit.

Maybe it's weird to get emotional reading about the death of someone I didn't even know. Most people would probably go "that's sad" and move on. However it just depresses the shit out of me. Poor guy had a whole life ahead of him :/

Sounds like someone can easily influenced, might want to avoid stories involving mass shooters.

If I am sad or down, I look to Cringe Videos for comfort.
They even helped my down syndrome.

I always wonder,

"Is it worth it to keep working for seemingly un-attainable dreams?"
"Do I really want to work 9-5 and survive on the bare minimum?"

Don't have many friends and it hurts a little bit every time I check my phone and there isn't anyone checking up on me, nobody I can talk to about my problems, nothing.

It really hurts bro, I wonder every second if it's worth it in the back of my mind.

I love you

It depressed me, only because I can relate. My uncle passed to suicide in July so it hits close to home even reading about it.
Life is beautiful, it's sad that some people aren't around to see it.
