You Can't Avoid Scamming Your Customers - Techius - Dec 24, 2016 I'm interested in talking about a dilemma the community often faces, which is about scamming. I intend on using facts to help consolidate an opinion on this topic. I will use the dictionary definition of words to help find a conclusion on such a morally tough question. What's the definition of a scam? "A confidence game or other fraudulent scheme, especially for making a quick profit" - http://www.dictionary.com/browse/scam eWhoring is indeed a "confidence game." You are convincing men to buy a product that isn't even your property in the eyes of the law. You are often enough fooling men by telling a sob story or telling them that you need money for a new phone in order to get money from them. If you are persistent bullshitter, you will eventually get money from these dudes. They don't realise the truth about what's going on behind the scenes, you play with their confidence and other emotions to the point where they give you a quick profit (another term in that definition). What the community hates, specifically, are people who commit fraud. What's the definition of fraud? "Deliberate deception, trickery, or cheating intended to gain an advantage" - http://www.thefreedictionary.com/fraud We hate people who claim to sell nudes (deliberate deception) to get an advantage (money). If you offer a service, you should give someone a product they request. It's your moral obligation to do such a thing as someone who sells a product. If you commit fraud, you are the definition of someone who should not be eWhoring, but thinking about your life choices and moral compass. I mean, for example, let's say someone offers to mow your lawns for $20, you hand the dude the money, then he says he can't mow the lawns because he doesn't have a lawnmower, you're going to want your money back -- it's the same here with eWhoring, different scenario, same emotion and thoughts. That's just my opinion on what I think about this whole situation. Here all my FREE HQ eWhore contributions: Spoiler (Click to View) * - youmadbro1 - Dec 24, 2016 A+. Nice Thread! Quote:if a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it does it make a sound? if a customer is happy an gets what he want, is it fraud/scam? * - LilUziVert - Dec 24, 2016 your post is way TLDR but i can relate to the title lol, eventually their going to ask for something you don't have or cant provide them, your best bet if you want to give them what they pay for is to sell by the pic or something, or by the vid, said amount for one vid, if they ask for customs or something you can't do just dip them as many times as you can save their name for another picture pack later on. * - Jаson - Dec 24, 2016 isn't that what ewhoring is? scamming your customers? LOL It's a fraudulent scheme to play as the opposite sex to trick others into giving you items ??????? * - LilUziVert - Dec 24, 2016 (Dec 24, 2016 05:37 AM)Jasоn Wrote: isn't that what ewhoring is? scamming your customers? LOL nah you can give them what they want and have regular customers if you got a good back, you dont gotta scam. When you runn outta pics change girls lol * - Kashira - Dec 24, 2016 I mean sh*t, If they're going to hand me over $30 for something I can't provide then rip lmao =p * - TheVBScripter - Dec 24, 2016 Although that pretending to be a different person that you actually are is considered a "fraud" I guess... Delivering what you promised even if it isn't you, is always better for their feeling, trust & mind of state than scamming them (leaving without delivering). So why do you say this? We all know that it's "not allowed" because it's "fraud", but you act like it's something new. Would like to hear the story behind this thread. 🤝 * - UAV Online - Dec 24, 2016 (Dec 24, 2016 07:10 AM)TheVBScripter Wrote: Although that pretending to be a different person that you actually are is considered a "fraud" I guess... Although I highly appreciate the effort you took to try to insult me with your opinion regarding this interesting topic, yet I have to inform you that your statement of me being an afro-american without any proof, while using such bad word, isn't increasing the value of your opinion nor your post. 🤝 * - Th3Thund3rStorm - Dec 24, 2016 (Dec 24, 2016 08:17 AM)TheVBScripter Wrote: Although I highly appreciate the effort you took to try to insult me with your opinion regarding this interesting topic, yet I have to inform you that your statement of me being an afro-american without any proof, while using such bad word, isn't increasing the value of your opinion nor your post. 🤝 Mate i beg you.... Please stop it... Is it possible that every time you answer you have to whine at bullshits? Come on mate i'm begging you... Every response you make is a fucking poem, jesus my cancer is getting worse, too much cringe :( * - ♡ Quick ♡ - Dec 24, 2016 If the customer gets what he asked for than it is a win win for both. * - The Mack - Dec 24, 2016 Unless Im getting $500 from a customer, Im most likely scamming him. * - aph3x - Dec 24, 2016 Ok,so I haven't really read the whole bullshit you wrote up there but I thought why not sharing my opinion about the scamming goes around here. I've been scammed couple of times from people on HF,the thing is that most of them are basically poor retarded kids who can't stand the temptation even if it's 2$,gods knows why. Im not one of them in anyway and can ask my customers that dealt with me over HF,my customers always treated the best from my side, even if they are retarded ( most times. ),whiney( NO ENGLISH ON RDP :((( ) or even charges back on you. When a customer charges back on me I first checks what happened, and I've refunded lots of users just cuz I felt that it's not worth my time and they probably right. ( making sure that they do ofc. ) In that way,I've reached a good rep on PayPal ( which is not visible. ) so when I need to win a case,PayPal just lets me,because they believe that I actually right since I've refunds customers when needed without needing their involvement ( PayPal's). Bottom line, treat your customers the same way you want to be treated when buying stuff over HF,make them happy with what they bought and if they not, just offer a refund, that's how I do it and it's works like a charm, you might have 2 shitty customers out of 10,but the rest 8 of tgen will love dealing with you and shall come back. * - Prawnster - Dec 24, 2016 (Dec 24, 2016 08:17 AM)TheVBScripter Wrote: Although I highly appreciate the effort you took to try to insult me with your opinion regarding this interesting topic, yet I have to inform you that your statement of me being an afro-american without any proof, while using such bad word, isn't increasing the value of your opinion nor your post. 🤝 ^Vouch, I know he isn't an "afro-american" :) * - iNuno - Dec 24, 2016 (Dec 24, 2016 05:41 AM)LilUziVert Wrote: nah you can give them what they want and have regular customers if you got a good back, you dont gotta scam.
