Where did you get this from? After signing up, http://www.whispercode.co.uk says "50% off when you spend £30 using your personal Whisper Code: WHISPERS".
Maybe different stores require different minimum spends?

Only works for specific stores, don't know what ones, but this has worked for people across the country and hasn't for a big portion of people.
Still active for me though, depends on your store and how lowkey they're or something idk.
