I know staff won't get involved in deal disputes, this is not what I'm asking for at this point, the deal is off there is nothing more to be disputed with this user. The guy said he would pay me back then he just ignored me so I am past an hope of this being resolved.
The guy who scammed me for my $40 way back @cole, A.K.A Mango Inc see deal dispute for more information basically admitting to exit scamming me through PM.
If someone is admitting to being an exit scammer, they obviously don't belong on the forums and will likely scam again, so my question is will staff do anything about this user given this new information in the form of PM?

Sorry for your loss OP but staff doesn't take responsibility, or even care for helping with disputes. Would be cool to see some of these people with high-rep accounts get banned, for example look at black shadow he scammed over 20 users and still is an active member.

Of course. Admitting to be a scammer on site is enough to get someone closed.

Indeed staff doesn't gets involved in deal disputes, but if you claim you are a scammer; expect a perm ban.

If someone admits it, yes you may expect them to be permanently banned from HF. That will most likely be the decision of a staff.

Good luck! I would like to see this happen for you. I know how you feel. I got scammed->scammer admitted publicly but then nothing happens. Hopefully justice will be served for your case.
