I've just been given a vouch copy from the poster and after giving it a quick read, it's safe to say that yes, the method would work. However, it does work on the principle that humans are irrational which is okay because humans are irrational. The method can be time consuming and may take a small bit of time before you get a catch but, it's possible.

He provides details only on how to spread. The creation of the actual content is not included and therefore, you will have to come up with something yourself. However, he is willing to provide support so this shouldn't be something to be concerned about. Overall the method is fairly simple to follow and it targets many people rather than one at a time, which should save you time and increase the possibility of infecting someone.
