Hey guys, I've been spreading my RAT's and Bots lately very easily. I just go to www.xat.com , on the left side I click on popular, and I look for Runescape chatboxes, or you can just type it in the search bar.
I click on someones username and click on private chat, then I do this.

If you want to learn how to make a java driveby, I sell them for $1 each.
PM me if interested, anyways this is a very good way of spreading your bots. Another way is uTorrent but I won't get to that yet! Also do this ingame, alot of people like runescape private server "Admin" so its easy.
