I'm curious about negative reputation - Apocryphon - Dec 30, 2016
So few days ago a guy negged me saying "Deal With Caution" even thought I have never made any deal with him, nor intended to make a deal, nor there is an open scam report about me. The rules in the reputation say it's okay to leave that kind of rep to warn the community, but never making a deal nor having an open scam report and getting DWC rep is a joke, lmao.
A day later I negged him too and then he edited my rep and wrote
Deal with extreme caution, user tried to send me a suspicious file on Skype after I negged him
I don't even have this guy on skype and he wrote this? It's fuckin stupid how could someone make a fake story? Is it allowed to come with a fake story?
It's not like I care about it but it could affect my trust on here since I do a lot of deals on HF.

DWC reps are unorthodox if they aren't "valid" but they're allowed

Have you attempted to message the member who neg repped you and try to resolve it?

you can basicly put whatever you want in the neg except when someone accusing someone of scamming without having the dispute link and having it in the dispute database afaik.

Well I didn't message him. Seeing that he came up with such a fake story about sending him something on skype when I don't even have him on skype I thought that it would be worthless sending him a pm.

He could be confusing you with another member or something along those lines (its happened to me in the past)
I would definitely suggest messaging him and trying to come up with a solution

That one negative reputation is not going to bother much. Even one a**hole decided to give me a negative rep for no reason. I messaged him trying to resolve it, he still said fk off.
It's okay we gotta deal with these people here.
