seriously, any cops? I wanna ask you guys questions about the path i'm looking to take
I live in the highest paying county in the country for cops, all records are open and some cops make $250,000-$300,000 with overtime and there is literally no violent crime

nah I live near 2 of the worst cities in America, Camden and Philly
Camden cops make about $45,000 a year and Philly cops make about $65,000 (plus overtime)
where I live the property tax is so high and there's no where else to put the money so they just spend it on police ovetime

Don't know if you are trolling or if you actually think they make 300k a year? Unless they are putting in 70 hours a week of overtime I doubt they make 200-300k a year man. The job you are probably talking about takes YEARS to get to.

here's an article about NJ state troopers
there are many more out there, I am also talking about some small municipalities
like I said not everyone makes that rediculous amount but they are all paid very well (in my state atleast) it's not uncommon for cops to take home $150-200k after overtime
in crazy cases yes some detectives and chiefs are taking home 300k and more
