Is it possible for me to hide my LEET user bar and just display the normal member one?
Also would Omni remove awards if asked?

What's the point really? And I doubt he'd remove awards on request.
Also no you can not hide L33T to appear as a regular member. Although if you are UB3R and also have 3PIC you can change your default usergroup so you can have your name appear grey or blue.
