Hello, not sure if I would consider this a new find or if everyone already knows about this. But, to me, this is the biggest find for me. I was on HF and I was contacted by a user name dannykhalifa.hf on Skype. This user claims to have scammed on HF $90K. Apparently, he has a secret operation going on HF.

This user claims to have partnered with several different members on our community. Highly trust and mediocre. Here is proof of his claims to have those who work for him:

As you can see, I am trying to figure out who these users are. I have been trying to play along to get as much info as I can.

He has multiple aliases scamming everywhere. As said above. He has scammed me money so he could scam you.

What you should do in situations like this is make sure the user is highly trusted and has feedback about exchanges. If you really need an exchange I recommend using an MM. I will be soon opening up a free service to prevent shit like this happening.

This guy has people all over the place. Trust me scamming someone is easier than you think. There are a lot of dumb asses who just want to do a deal and get the money. It doesn't work that way. It won't be easy. You may get scammed too. That is why you must always be patient. Don't do deals in a hurry.

If you have a question about a suspicious deal, PM me. I will let you know if you should deal or not. I will make sure you go to the right person.

Stopping scammers is something we all should be doing. If you get scammed why wait? Report it. On HF, to the police, to PP (if that is the case). No worries, if you do get scammed shoot me a PM I may be able to help.

I was scammed by two users today. Both I am quite sure are minors. Here are the accounts (Skype and HF) that I recommend not to even consider dealing.

It's actually not that hard. Also, whenever dealing check that users negative rep. If you see one that has to do with deals question that user. Scammers sometimes are hard to validate since they can also be highly trusted.

MM is the best way to go any day. The main idea is don't trust anyone.

I assure that anyone who trashes this thread is probably a scammer no doubt. I will be updating the list as I go along. There are always more scammers.

All the scammers above have been dealt with legally. I have called the police and given all their personal information. So, whoever they are, they are fucked.

Unfortunately, I didn't want this to be true but it is. It even happens on the holidays. So, stay safe out there. Please!

So, I tried an old trick in the book to try to find out his HF username. I sent him an old thread. Turns out he didn't look at the thread, but two others did. I'm not sure if he tricked them but just in case, I will be adding them below:

Those two above are the ones that read the outdated thread. If you check the screenshot you can see he has contact with them over Skype as well. These COULD BE HIS PARTNERS. COULD.

I am quite sure he is an impersonator. As for the other Skype I provided he picks different HF users daily and changed his name and everything.

You would be quite surprised actually. If you call them and sound really pissed, they will hop on the case. It just depends.

Unfortunately I can tell you that's not the Danny I have on skype. And the one I have is the legit Danny.

His skype doesn't even have Danny in it. So I would suggest putting a disclaimer on this thread. Since I know for a fact that the skypes you listed aren't his.

Lol last time I was scammed was last year out $500 BTC by a close friend.

I've never been scammed by a random user on hackforusm because I'm very careful when dealing with non reversible payments, of course not all scams are avoidable, you will have a few good apples turn bad, but It's sad to see people trying to steal as much money as they can from other users. Earn your money don't steal it.
