Vandals changed the "O"s in Hollywood to e's reading the sign as Hollyweed.

A frat in 1993 vandalized it to say "Go UCLA" 20 frat members were charged with trespassing. That incident is what made the state finally pay for a video surv and motion detection system.

He was filmed on security-camera footage but police can't tell his race or height because it was dark and raining. So I'm guessing he wasn't caught
