can you get banned for repping people the same thing?
I am thinking of upgrading and putting same messege on a few people's page? is this against the rules ?

Read the help documents... It answers 99% of your questions.
Answer: No you will not get banned, and as long as they did not break the rules for reputation you're fine. "DWC" is allowed, but you can't say someone scammed you for example.

Nothing in the rules that say DWC is rep abuse. Just don't call some a scammer or link a DD thread that doesn't belong to you.
