Some improvement you can make that I noticed immediately as I was signing up:

- Registration - I registered, and it brings me to another page to register again with captcha...
- Make links into <a/> tags please
- Notice.php - Posted by is broken
- Invalid https resource - https://www.tumuski.com/library/Nibbler/Nibbler.js
- Async loading - Holy crap, please add this. With invalid TLS on Nibbler host, the load time is up to 25.36 seconds and I cannot do anything meanwhile.
- Form elements have no styling besides predefined browser user agent stylesheet.
- Some potential CSRF security holes.
