Hello,
yesterday I messaged the user tflow (Antonios Konstadas) regarding exchanging $18 of my Paypal to Bitcoin.

We agreed and he gave me his Paypal ID. I sent $18 as gift to his Paypal which operates under the name Antonios Konstadas.

He did not sent any of the $15 BTC to me and regardless of that I'm now on his ignore list:

Under no cirumstances I'd deal with now with him. I was stupid and thought he was legit but it's maybe a sold account since his last acitivity was in 2014 and now he is just scamming. Look at his reputation.
I sent my Paypal as a gift - is there any way to get it back besides calling in at Paypal?

he sold his acc to someone :( (or someone hacked it which is very high unlikely)
im sorry to say this but, u wont be seeing ur money from him (unless if pp do smth) :/
but one more thing, if u sent it as F&F then how come theres a fee? if u sent as G&S then u can proceed to make a dispute on pp n hopefully get ur money back :)

Yeah I think I won't get a cent from him.
If I try to charge back it says it's not possible because these types of payments can't be disputed.
But why is there a transaction fee then?
Maybe someone can help me to dispute this payment since I don't want to call Paypal for $18.
Sad to see anyway that more old accounts are bought and used for scamming here.

if you and the guy you're sending money to are in 2 different countries, it charges a fee even if it's friends and family
