Shoot me all the Anime with MCs that doesn't give a fuck the way Houtarou Oreki does in Hyouka. I find this hilarious as hell. They can be OP that just don't care, aren't bothered to do anything and/or are annoyed as well.

Assuming you're looking for anime of this caliber that you have not seen (which is already hard to find as it is :P ), here's what I got (I did include older anime, ik you don't like them senpai but you can always try older ones ;) ):
-MD Geist - Geist
-Hellsing - Alucard
-Higashi no Eden - Akira Takizawa
-(potentially): Mushi-Shi - Ginko (he does show his emotions every now and then when deemed but generally just a calm guy, so this is 50/50)
-Blood Lad - Staz
-Seirei no Moribito - Balsa
-Kaze no Stigma - Kazuma Yagami
