Swift coding[iOS] - Dronza - Jan 9, 2017 Hey! I decided to make a post in this section because Swift is just an updated version of objective-c. So what I need help with is, I want to create something in XCode(Swift language) that just heats up the phone(preferably with an on and off switch). All and any help is appreciated. I can pay if necessary, but I feel like it shouldn't be too hard. Thank you in advance! * - Annabelle Lee - Jan 9, 2017 Well the reason a phone heats up generally is because the processor does, and a proccessor does when it's being overworked. The basic premise is to keep the phone's CPU at 100% using a sort of loop or running math equations or very powerful graphics or any other method. This should heat up the phone. Of course when you turn it off it won't cool down quickly and battery drain will be significant. Sadly I don't know Swift/Objective-C well enough to code it for you. Hopefully you get the idea however. * - Dronza - Jan 9, 2017 (Jan 9, 2017 12:11 PM)AnnabelleLee Wrote: Well the reason a phone heats up generally is because the processor does, and a proccessor does when it's being overworked. I get the idea, and I will play around until I find it working, again thank you! * - Annabelle Lee - Jan 9, 2017 (Jan 9, 2017 12:13 PM)Dronza Wrote: Thank you for your help.
