One of my parent's computer is unusable for some reason - The One Who Knocks - Jan 9, 2017
The mouse on my father's PC is stuck on a certain pixel on his second monitor, whenever he tries to move it it IMMEDIATELY goes back to where it was.
He said that a couple of nights ago his mouse would randomly snap to this certain spot, and over the past few days it started doing it more and more frequently. And now, it's completely fixed on this spot
He also mentioned that he can't boot in safe mode (like the option is literally not there )
Is this an infection or just a glitch? How the hell do you fix it?
If anyone knows anything about this please lmk, pretty important
