Basically, I need to learn about RAT's with IOS any suggestions of good tools to use?
Requirements of things I'll need.

iOS RATs are nearly impossible if not fully impossible without a jailbreak. Apps on iOS are all contained in their own boxes that are impossible to escape from so unless you find an exploit in iOS (while not impossible, extremely unlikely) then unless your client is keeping the app open and running, it won't do much.

Certain things like this have been created before but without the victim jailbreaking their phone are extremely rare. If something like this were to come up then it would probably be out of your price range.

Pretty sure iOS rats aren't really a public thing yet.
I'm sure they're out there being used privately though, but hmm.
Still doubt it.
