HI THERE TRYED TO UPGRADE TO UBER ITS SAYS PERMANENTLY DENIED DOES THAT MEAN THAT I CANT UPGRADE ANYMORE TO UBER? IS ANY OTHER WAY TO GET THE "PERMANENTLY" REMOVED OR GET CHANCE TO APPLY AGAIN OR SOMTH I DONT KNOW WHAT I DID WRONG OR WHAT U HAVE TO DO TO GET UBER I HAVE BEEN SINCE 2012 ANYWAY STORY OF MY LIFE

Yes. Being permanently denied means you cannot apply for Ub3r again.

Denial reasons are not disclosed, but take a look at your posting quality and that'll give you an ballpark idea of where you went wrong. You may not re-apply if you've been permanently denied Ub3r.
