Shinigami Pmd me last week regarding a service request I posted. He told me he could do what I needed in 2 days tops. Then in 2 days he never responded, so I messaged him the day after, and the day after. It's now been a week and I have neither heard from him nor have I received what I paid for. Proof I am dealing with him:

Staff on the forum do not get involved in deal disputes. Just do your best to provide as much information as possible about the incident and honestly just hope that you coming out with all this will prevent it from happening to someone else.
