So i found an admin panel on one site but it requires a login and a password.
Do you know any way of getting it ? (login and the password)

You could try:
1.- Look for vulnerabilities. For instance a SQLi that allows to dump data and get those creds.
2.- Brute force it.
2.1- Try 'admin' and most common passwords (https://github.com/danielmiessler/SecLists/blob/master/Passwords/10k_most_common.txt)
2.2- Create a custom wordlist (look how to use 'CeWL'), get as many existent usernames you can, add some common passwords. This can be done either with Hydra or Burp's Intruder (https://portswigger.net/burp/help/intruder_using.html)
It's hard to give you an accurate answer without context tho.
