I want to scrape from example who ever follow Profile @Instagram

The only major problem with this are the rate limits. You can bypass them by using one of the API's available that have less strict limits but you can't fully bypass them except for using proxies.

I can provide proxies, and I believe the limitations is per the TOKEN. So what if we use multi tokens?
Example:
Scrape -> GOT LIMITED -> Use Second TOKEN -> CONTINUE SCRAPING.

Well maybe they are per token but they are definitely per IP address as well.
