Hello,
I am unsure as to whether or not this belongs in this section or another one but I figured this was a better place to start and just see what happens.
I am wanting to take one of my favorite games growing up and use my programming and Unreal Engine 4 skills to enhance the graphics of the game and make it playable on my PC.
I can't find a good Dreamcast emulator and I thought well maybe there is a way that I can just take the source code of the game and the original graphics and give it an overhaul. Is there a way to do this? I do not have the original game disc for the game.
