I haven't read / purchased your ebook, yet, but will do sometime soon. But yes, this is true, I've had a few dispute with Paypal and even though the bank would refuse/reject the dispute filed, somebody's gotta shell out of their pocket and knowing Paypal, they are more likely to do this. They are probably be in favor of digital currency, they're on the road to cashless innovation.
