The name of the app is “Make Money Earn for Free”.
In the app there is a button called “More Coins” where you can earn really fast.

$5 a week and a lot of work is likely not worth it, but if this works then congratulations

$20 per month may sound "incredible" to you but I can reassure you that $20 per month is not even a slave wage.
Of course, you can use a few methods to replicate it and spread the revenue across various devices and accounts.
That would require some automation and can be profitable.
However, still, not really worth the hustle to setup Android VMs and try to automate the process, make new Google and payment accounts etc..
