it might not even have an admin panel, can't figure out what software its using but it's based on apache struts/java

You should use Kali Linux or any other Pen testing OS. It has a lots of tools that can help you find vulnerabilities.

I couldn't find anything. But if you haven't already, try looking at the robots.txt and sitemap maybe?
