Complete Brand Images Required (logo, avatar, banner, etc) - The Third Half - Feb 5, 2017

Hi

I'm hoping to launch a website similar to 9clacks where people can download music, but also talk about it too. I'm hoping to successfully penetrate the market on social media too. To do this, I need amazing branding. I'm hoping some of you skilled graphic designers can help me out.

The website is called rapdab and will be located at rapdab.com

The picture I have in mind is a grimy/urban look, so maybe like graffiti or a similar tag.

I started making the forum side of it today and it currently looks like this:

The logo at the top left will be removed completely and a replacement kickass banner will replace the very plain one further down. (I just put that there so show positioning). Or if it looks better, the banner you create will go at the top but probably central and it will be a lot bigger.

Due to the semi-transparent nature of the forum skin, it's hard to really specify a background colour?

When you use the dropper it shows up as #0D0D0D but as you can see in the screenshot, the box is very visible. Because of this, do you think it's best the have a transparent background? The only thing then any sort of "glow" effects wouldn't look right. Unless no such effect was used and the writing was just block? I don't know, I'm no good at graphic design so I'm hoping that's where you artists can use your discretion.

For size reference, the banner in the screenshot is 800*350 but that is not the measurement the art you create needs to be, it's just for your information.

As well as a forum banner I would also appreciate graphics made to fit for as many social media websites as possible. I hope to create pages on as many social media websites as possible, using this as a reference.

Obviously I don't expect anyone here to do all that. All I require is for you to make me an oustanding and eye catching logo that could feasibly be used on graphics of all those sizes.

The colours for the font should be some similar to #43FFD1 and #43FFAD, possibly with some white in there?

And it's a website for rap music and hip-hop so like urban street art kinda looking, or even grungey if you can get those colours in.

I'm usually of the opinion that text only logos are better, but if you think you can incorporate images into it then be my guest. Please no people though - just relevant objects like a microphone or something lol. Text would be fine though, so long as it looks awesome. Also if you just want to put the word rapdab on that's fine, or if you think it looks good with the URL on too then be my guest. You have creative license here.

And I invite as many of you as possible to try to come up with something. The more stuff to consider, the better. I hope to release a monthly mixtape so having lots of different images at my disposal would be insanely useful.

Thanks in advance everyone who tries!

This sounds like a lot of work man, I don't think you'll get much out of this for free

How much are we likely to be talking? For a high res banner/logo, including the psd/necessary files for resizing (and reshaping to a square for example)?

I just need a design, I'll manipulate all the other sizes and stuffs. 😵

I was hoping for something like these: [www]behance[dot]net/gallery/7511839/YouTube-Digital-Graffiti-Banners-(Mar-2013)
