I'm writing from another account because the account that I can I not enter with out this error "Bad 2-Factor Authentication code. Press back in your browser and try again"
Gauth in my account I have not activated forget your password try to do had it still is the tool.
this is my other account I have the facts that I am one of the account owner.

You are not matching IP with that account. Are you able to make that happen?
If not, I would recommend you to use the Contact Us page. Include your IP, and any other way to prove that the account is yours.
