He upgraded to L33T just a few hours ago
I gave him $20 in PayPal Balance and he was supposed to give them back in BTC.

I kept messaging him after that saying I didn't receive anything and he never answers.
I see his online status, send him a message, his online status goes to "reading private message" then "viewing mazen237's reputation" then he just ignores and goes to a thread talking about friggin dick sizes.
Later I see him replying to a thread, I message him twice and he ignores it again.
Edit: Couple of weeks after I messaged him when he was online and told him I'm upgrading and I'll open a scam report, he read it and ignored it. He changed his username after this thread
Edit 2: No idea how he got approved for fucking ub3r.
