So, i take a Computer Science class at my school. While I'm there, i notice these 2 kids getting confronted by the teacher almost every day for giving themselves Admin rights... How can i do this?

Usually it would be going to system32 folder and opening cmd.exe so that its in privileged mode (windows 7). From there enable the main administrator account on that pc and change the password.
