When you crypting your file with any crypter most RAT features probably will not work.
I cant help you since i dont know why you lost your clients , probably your file was not fud.

Anyways Instead of making thread here. Why didn't you got in touch with our support via Skype to help you? Soon we'll make videos to make it more easy for our customers.
Use these settings on crypter:
1. Use Persistence both Process and Startup.
2. Use Automatic injection method.
3. Use custom icon.
4. You can also select any other option you would like to use.
Note: Make sure to disable all installation/startup settings on your rat otherwise you won't be able to crypt your file. If you face any issue just get in touch with our support through Skype.

I am not against Exterbyte. I am against shitty crypters.
The fact that you cannot create a proper USG and have to use SFX to barely be FUD for 2 hours tell something.
