Female Gaming Logo/ Third Illustrator attempt ***Edit*** - R3gulate - Feb 12, 2017

Mainly made this for some experience but my Fiance may be using it as her gaming logo. Her name involved murder so my goal was something including death/military. This is my third attempt at a logo in Illustrator. Constructive criticism would be great!

For some reason exporting from PS creates a line down the center of the image. Also I just realized the helmet was pushed down creating unaligned edges.

This looks really clean and nice. Your art style is quite impressive.

First of all lines, some of them look really choppy, especially the helmet one, it could use a lot of work.
Colors. Definitely a different shade of purple, one that goes better with gray on the helmet and the mask.
Details. Any kind of details would make this look much better. The ones you have above the eyes are quite bad(shape wise).

Also, everything is either made out of rounded shape(s) or has rounded edges, well, everything besides the hair, so I'd definitely change that.
Overall, hair could use a lot of work.

Thank you for the response. First time creating something of this nature so I'm not exactly sure how to create additional detail. I will begin by cleaning up the lines as you suggested. If anyone has examples of hair texture that would be amazing. Thank you again for the constructive criticism.

Detail(s) wise, you can start off by adding shades to it. (If you need help with that, PM me)

And for the hair, I would go with something simple like,
  • 1. - first row, #2,3 or 4
    2. - first row, #2

I really like it but i personally think you should use a different color pink/purple.

You should try to change the purple with #d8335b :).
