So I contacted this user regarding his thread about unlocking locked Twitter Accounts seen here: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5527357

A few weeks later he hits me back up saying he could do it. I give him the account details to my account that I need unlocked. He said he'd do it for free for me since I was the first one to hit him up, so it'd be a vouch copy of the service.
I figured theres no one someone scams on a vouch copy.
Obviously I was wrong.
The entire deal was on site as seen in the PM screenshots below:

When he gave me the account he said he had to reset the password to the email on the account through outlook support, at that point I was really sketched out, even if I changed the email on the account he'd still be able to recover it.
So then this morning I woke up and the account was recovered, he blocked my other account that I had followed on it, and he changed the profile picture.
I did PM him multiple times, he read them but never responded for obvious reasons.
So yeah, don't deal with this user, first time I've ever seen a vouch copy scam report before... But apparently people really do go that low to scam!

Update: User just PM'd me saying he was going to give it to me for free until he found out he was getting no sales so then after he gave me the account he wanted money for it, but since I didn't give him money he took it back:

Sucks to see you get scammed. What makes it worst is that it was a vouch copy lol.
Also I checked his rep and he has many open reports and negs related to scamming.

If you said it's a vouch copy. You can't change your mind after doing the service. Surely that vouch copy would have helped you with your sales etc. Hopefully you two resolve it. It's not worth fighting over petty stuff.
