Update on my legal issues (4 months in prison for swatting) - Jerry Smith - Feb 20, 2017
So I got a deal from the prosecutor to reduce my charges and take 2 months off my likely sentence. I have please hearing and sentencing on Mar 20th, I've already done 4 months so if I get an 8 month sentence which my attorney said is likely I'll only have to serve 4 months and I could get out after 3 with good behavior.
Wish me the best. I'll talk to you all when I'm out of prison.

In my state (Washington) making a threat with the intent to gain property or money or services is "extortion"

Also, what did you call the swat on to get caught? You should always use Skype on a VPN from what I have heard & seen.

One video about the experience would be fine, assuming not too many things happen. Also you could have a video of you explaining how this all happened and what you experienced all the way up to the point you're released. Up to you to make a thread, but a video would be nice imo.

I made bomb threats as well and demanded money to make them more believable
And it gets more complicated than that but I'll go over all of that when I'm out
