I met someone on Meetme but i believe its a fake...
Can someone give some tips?

IP Grabber, find out their location see if it matches up if not theirs your first fishy sign lol.

Use a picture. When they click it, its portaled through the site so you collect the info from that person. Then it redirects to the image so it doesn't look fishy.
