So I just paid for a L33T upgrade completely but I'm still not upgraded. How long do I have to wait?

wait for some time you will get it after the payment get confirmed.

You may not have to wait long, it may take a couple hours, but it depends. This 'clog' as users said has been going down over the past two days and it's nearly back to normal. Look at your transaction, once it starts getting confirmations, that's when you'll receive it. I think it needs 2 or 3 confirmations before you get the upgrade. It'll be added automatically.
